The details of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco's mega-contract have been fleshed out and he will sign the most lucrative contract in NFL history this afternoon around 2 p.m.
According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, Flacco will receive a $29 million signing bonus and $52 million in guarantees as part of the $120.6 million package that runs over six years.
The contract pays out a total of $30 million in 2013, plus another $21 million in 2015 and another $11 million in 2016 for a total of $62 million over the first three years, bettering the $61 million payout Drew Brees received from the New Orleans Saints last year.
