Flacco says Lewis' speeches made no sense

We already know that Ray Lewis' pre-game dance made no sense.

Now, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco admits that his long-time teammate's speeches were difficult to comprehend as well.

“I love Ray, and I love how he always spoke from the heart, but if you listened to those speeches, a lot of them didn’t even make sense. He meant everything he was saying, but I didn’t know what he was talking about 90 percent of the time,” Flacco said in an interview with ESPN the Magazine that was picked up by USA Today.

Lewis' ponfiicating in the pre-game group meeting and in the locker room have been NFL Films gold for years, but it is refreshing to hear Flacco, who has now ascended to the leadership role on the Ravens, actually tell it like it is - that Ray's speeches didn't really make a lot of sense to him, even if they were motivational to the Ravens.

Saying things that don't make sense and still having people follow your every word. Sounds like Lewis might have a future in politics if he wants it.
