Indianapolis Colts middle linebacker Gary Brackett injured his hand tonight against the Green Bay Packers.
Brackett, 30, left the game after getting his right hand smashed into by fellow Colts linebacker Philip Wheeler, per the Associated Press.
Per the report, Brackett, who signed a five-year, $33 milllion contract with the Colts this offseason, went to locker with a towel wrapped around his right hand and forearm.
Brackett is the Colts' defensive captain and one of the most instinctive linebackers in the league.
