If you'd like to be Geno Smith's new agent, he apparently is holding open auditions on Tuesday and Wednesday in New York.

Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports tweets that the New York Jets rookie will be interviewing agents to see who will represent him next.

Smith fired Select Sports Group shortly after the draft, presumably because of his drop into the second round after most of the NFL Draft analysts had him going in the top half of the first round.

What is not clear is how the process will work. Will prospective agents will need to set an appointment with Smith or is it just a casting call, a la an American Idol audition? Certainly, the latter would be more entertaining and no doubt more Jets-like.
