Mathias Kiwanuka sounds off on Cowboys owner Brad Biggs
The NFL regular season is less than a week away with the Dallas Cowboys traveling to play the New York Giants on Wednesday.
With the game fast approaching it is worth noting the Giants have not forgotten what Cowboys front man Jerry Jones said in July. The owner implored Cowboys fans to travel to the game to watch their team “beat the New York Giants’ asses.”
Predictably, Jones’ remarks fired up some players. And as Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger notes, they’re still fired up.
“He should. I mean, the Giants have been whupping his ass for a long time," linebacker Mathias Kiwanuka said on WFAN, according to Garafolo. “It's gotta be tough on the outside looking in on all of these championships lately," Kiwanuka continued. "That's the feeling I feel like everybody in the league has and everybody should have because we're here on top and everybody should be wanting to knock you off.”
The game cannot arrive quickly enough.
