Groin injury still sidelining wide receiver Brad Biggs
Greg Jennings remains iffy for the Green Bay Packers again this week.
The veteran wide receiver is still sidelined with a groin injury suffered at the end of the season opener. He missed last week’s victory over the Chicago Bears.
The Packers have yet to rule Jennings out for Monday’s game at Seattle, according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, but he did not practice Thursday.
Jennings also missed considerable time in training camp with a concussion and Silverstein reports the receiver and quarterback Aaron Rodgers have practiced together only 13 times since training camp opened. Rodgers isn’t worried timing will be an issue.
"Maybe we were a little too optimistic and he's not quite where we hoped he'd be by now,” Packers coach Mike McCarthy said. “He wants to go, but we're just being smart."
