Gronkowski undergoes surgery on forearm
Patriots tight end to miss several weeks. Terry McCormick
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski underwent surgery Monday morning to repair his broken forearm, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Schefter's report did not offer a specific timetable for Gronkowski's return, but earlier, the Boston Herald had said the tight end would miss 4-6 weeks, which is the typical recovery time for a broken forearm to heal.
