Harbaugh has cut under eye, courtesy of Flacco

Coach, quarterback 'horsing around' results in gash from ink pen. Terry McCormick

Baltimore Ravens vice president of public and community relations says in his blog that head coach John Harbaugh got a gash under his right eye, courtesy of quarterback Joe Flacco.

Coach and quarterback were apparently goofing off, as Harbaugh held a pen in his hand and reached out to Flacco, who pushed Harbaugh's arm away. The result was the butt end of the pen scraping Harbaugh on the cheek under his right eye.

According to Byrne, Habaugh is proud of his “badge of courage," and Flacco laughs that the coach is “old and slow.”
