The San Francisco District Attorney has charged Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey with driving under the influence from an April 7 arrest on the Bay Bridge, according to SFGate.com.
Heyward-Bey was cited for DUI after being pulled over by the California Highway Patrol and failing a field sobriety test around 2 a.m. on the morning of his arrest, as he vehicle was spotted speeding and weaving.
