Holmes expected to miss a few weeks
Ryan not saying if foot injury is 'Lis franc.' Terry McCormick
Wide receiver Santonio Holmes is likely to miss a few weeks with the foot injury he suffered on Sunday in a shutout loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
But Jets coach Rex Ryan would not say if the injury was a Lis franc injury, according the New York Daily News. According to the report, Ryan said, "it's hard to say" regarding whether or not it is that type of injury.
The thing is it's not hard to say it if indeed that's what the injury is.And if that's what the injury is, then Holmes could be out for a while.
