Believe it or not, 2002 was the last time the San Francisco 49ers ended the regular season with a winning record.
New head coach Jim Harbaugh will have his work cut out for him if he wants to take this organization back to the playoffs.
The first item on the list has to be the quarterback position. Will Harbaugh bring back former first-round draft pick Alex Smith to run the offense? Will the 49ers make a move for current Philadelphia backup Kevin Kolb?
