Iowa defensive lineman taking a trip Aaron Wilson
Iowa All-American defensive lineman Adrian Clayborn is scheduled to visit the Atlanta Falcons on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-3, 281-pounder is projected as a first-round draft pick.
The All-Big Ten Conference selection has overcome Erb's Palsy, which involves a temporary paralysis of the upper arm.
He has recorded 192 tackles, 37 tackles for losses and 19 sacks.
As a junior, he registered 70 tackles, 20 for losses and 11 1/2 sacks with four forced fumbles and was named Most Valuable Player of the Orange Bowl with nine tackles and two sacks against Georgia Tech.
His statistics dropped as a senior with seven tackles for losses and 3 1/2 sacks.
A year ago, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct in a case stemming from a confrontation with a taxi driver.
He had a strong NFL scouting combine, running the 40-yard dash in 4.78 seconds with a 9-5 broad jump and a 33-inch vertical leap.
