The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell to 0-3 with Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots.
And now more than just fans are wondering how much longer Josh Freeman will be the team's starting quarterback.
Gary Shelton of the Tampa Bay times suggests that that time might be relatively soon, based on Freeman's 45 percent completion percentage and his 59.7 passer rating. The fact that the Bucs scored just three points against New England is another problem working against Freeman, who is in the final year of his contract and was not voted as a team captain this year.
Rookie Mike Glennon is untested, and Bucs coach Greg Schiano never went to him to see if he could provide a spark against the Patriots, but if things don't improve the rookie's time might come soon.
