St. Louis Rams running back Isaiah Pead tore his anterior cruciate ligament.

Pead returned a kickoff, injuring himself without being hit when his leg bent awkwardly

Pead is a 2012 second-round draft pick.

He was running behind Zac Stacy and Tre Mason on the depth chart.
