Raiders won't pursue retread receivers like T.O., Burress, Chad Johnson. Terry McCormick
The Oakland Raiders will likely place injured wide receiver Jacoby Ford on injured reserve, Coach Dennis Allen said, according to CBSSports.com.
Ford suffered a foot injury similar to what happened to him last year. But just because the Raiders might have an opening at wide receiver, don't expect them to sift through the high maintenance retreads that are on the market.
General Manager Reggie McKenzie says the Raiders won't be going after Plaxico Burress, Terrell Owens or Chad Johnson to fill the vacancy, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
