Receiver has suffered concussions in two straight weeks. Terry McCormick
Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Laurent Robinson will likely miss this weeks' game against the Chicago Bears due to suffering concussions in two straight games, according to the Florida Times-Union.
Rookie Kevin Elliott is expected to move into the lineup to replace Robinson.
While that change is necessitated by injury, other Jaguars are finding themselves in danger of losing playing time due to poor performance in a 1-3 start. Offensive lineman Eben Britton is one of the Jaguars on notice, as he was benched in Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Coach Mike Mularkey said Britton "was ineffective, was struggling," which led to his being replaced.
Asked if there could be other changes, Mularkey replied, "We may."
