Jaguars awarded Kevin Smith off waivers from Cardinals

Wide receiver joins Jaguars Aaron Wilson

The Jacksonville Jaguars were awarded rookie wide receiver Kevin Smith off waivers from the Arizona Cardinals.

They cut long snapper Trevor Gillette.

Smith is a former Cardinals undrafted rookie free agent who played collegiately at the University of Washington.

He caught 72 passes for 1,059 yards for his career, including 50 catches for 765 yards and four touchdowns as a senior.
