Tight end claimed off waivers suffers knee injury in first practice. Terry McCormick
Brett Brackett's week went from bad to good to terrible in a span of just a few days.
The tight end was let go by the Philadelphia Eagles in final cuts, but then was claimed by the Jacksonville Jaguars. On his first day of practice with the Jaguars, Brackett suffered a season-ending knee injury.
The Jaguars announced that Brackett has been placed on injured reserve and the club has re-signed tight end Colin Cloherty to take his place.
