Jaguars release Jordan Rodgers

The Jacksonville jaguars have released quarterback Jordan Rodgers, the club announced.

Rodgers, an undrafted free agent who played two years at Vanderbilt, is the younger brother of Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

The younger Rodgers had sports hernia surgery that kept him out of the Jaguars' off-season activities, obviously shortening his opportunity to make an impression on the Jaguars brass.
