Jared Allen got the worst of his flare-up with Donald Penn when the Minnesota Vikings played the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week.
Allen and Penn got into it and both players received a penalty for unnecessary roughness, something you don’t see a lot of as the NFL doesn’t like to hand out off-setting penalties. Tom Pelissero of 1500ESPN.com in Minnesota reports that both players have been fined $7,875.
Allen got a bloody nose during the mess and the Bucs won in a rout and that is why Allen got the worse of it.
