Jaguars defensive end decided to void the last two years of his contract, according to a report from ESPN.
This move makes him an unrestricted free agent. The same report states that Babin has not ruled out the possibility of signing a different deal with Jacksonville.
The Jaguars should have plenty of money to spend if they decide to, consideing they have over $60 million in cap space.
Babin had 7.5 sacks for the Jaguars in 2013.
