The career of Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Jason Pinkston is likely over.
Pinkston has been dealing with blood clots in his lungs and reached a settlement with the Browns where he'll be released, according to ESPN.
"More than likely I'll have to retire," Pinkston said in a text message to ESPN.. "The Browns were great working with me and I would love to thank GM Ray Farmer and Owner Jimmy Haslam for my opportunity here in Cleveland. It's been an honor to be apart of the organization and city."
