Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Jason Worilds is expected to play this season under a one-year, $9.754 million transition tender that he's already signed.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, there haven't been any productive talks toward a long-term deal.
Worilds emerged as a valuable pass rusher last season, registering eight sacks.
Eventually, the Steelers are expected to try to lock up Worilds on a long-term basis.
