Packers tight end Jermichael Finley traveled to Minnesota early this week to get treatment on his injured toe, according to a report from NFL.com.
It's not expected that Finley will practice Thursday.
The Packers are hopeful Finley will be able to play Sunday against Washington. They'll need him if they want to avoid an 0-2 start.
On Wednesday, Finley told reporters that he's preparing as if he'll play.
“I don’t have it in my mind that I want to sit down Sunday," Finley said, via the Packers' official website. "We have four days until Sunday, so if it’s up to me, I’m going to be out there.”
