Jermichael Finley released from hospital

Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley is out of the hospital, released this afternoon.

The injured NFL player continues to display progress after being released from the intensive care unit Wednesday.

And Finley, who got hurt on an illegal hit by Cleveland Browns safety Tayshaun Gipson that hospitalized him, said he has full feeling in his arms and legs.

"I was able 2 walk to & from the shower today, which was badly needed after yesterday's victory!" Finley wrote. "Thank u again 4 the support, and Go Packers! I have been transferred out of the intensive care unit and that I have full feeling in my arms and legs. I want to thank my family, friends, teammates, fans and Packer Nation for the prayers and support over the past 24 hrs. I'm happy to report."
