According to the report, Goodson and a companion, identified as Garrett Evans, were intoxicated in an SUV on Route 80 in New Jersey stopped in the left lane of traffic. Both men were taken to a local hospital, and Goodson was found to have marijuana in his possesion. A search of the SUV revealed a loaded .45-caliber handgun as well.
