New York Jets owner Woody Johnson, speaking from the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., apparently can't get enough of Tim Tebow.

I think you can never have too much Tebow,” Johnson told CNBC via the New York Daily News. “But I think it’s more than just that. It’s getting all the players — the offensive line and everything coordinated (so) you can establish a good running attack . . . and also have our receivers healthy and ready to participate and contribute to the effort. It’s a lot of timing and teamwork that we need.”

While it's not certain that Jets starting QB Mark Sanchez feels the same way as Johnson, Jets coach Rex Ryan did indicate that Tebow will begin the year as the No. 2 quarterback with Greg McElroy staying at No. 3.

“I think Tebow would expand his role,” Ryan said if Sanchez got hurt. “We feel good about what Tim can do.”
