The New York Jets want wide receiver Santonio Holmes to restructure his contract for the coming season, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Holmes is scheduled to make $11.25 million for the Jets in 2013 and $7.5 million of that is guaranteed. Holmes played in just four games last season due to a foot injury.
