Jim Harbaugh knows a thing or two about dual-threat quarterbacks.

The quarterback he has, Colin Kaepernick, can make plays in the air or on the ground. Without comparing Kaepernick to Manziel, Harbaugh expressed that Manziel has what it takes to succeed at the next level.

“He’s very competitive, he’s a winner,” Harbaugh said at the NFL combine. “I think those qualities translate very well to the NFL.”

The 49ers don't pick until 30th this draft and aren't in the market for a quarterback. Manziel has the potential to be a top 10 quarterback this draft, and potentially go No. 1 overall to the Texans.
