Johnny Manziel injures hamstring
Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel injured his hamstring and was unable to finish the game in a 17-13 loss against the Carolina Panthers.
Manziel was playing in only his second career NFL game and was once again disappointing, considering he was a first-round selection by the Browns this past May.
Following the game, Manziel told reporters that he tweaked his hamstring early and then proceeded to aggravate it further after staying in the game. Brian Hoyer filled in for Manziel in relief but was unable to lead the Browns to a victory.
It remains to be seen whether Manziel will be able to give it ago in the season-finale against the Ravens next Sunday.
