Despite the wishes of Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam, rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel continues his hard-partying ways.
Manziel was photographed with pop star Justin Bieber and boxer Floyd Mayweather in Beverly Hills before police were called to Bieber's residence due to a complaint about loud music, according to TMZ.
Police were later called again because of young fans being noisy in front of the residence.
And the summer of Johnny Football continues.
While Manziel hasn't gotten into trouble with the law, he has drawn warnings from NFL Hall of Famers like Emmitt Smith, Joe Montana and Warren Moon that his lifestyle isn't a sustainable one for an NFL player.
