Josh Gordon suspension to be reduced to 10 games under new drug policy

Cleveland Browns star wide receiver Josh Gordon's suspension would be reduced to 10 games if the NFL and NFL Players Association pass a new drug policy.

Gordon was initially suspended for the entire season.

His appeal was denied last month for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy.

Gordon has argued that he inhaled second-hand marijuana smoke.Gordon has a history of failed drug tests in college and in the NFL, including for marijuana and codeine.
