New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, scored a touchdown in the courtroom today.
A judge threw out a lawsuit filed against the celebrity couple by photographers who claimed that bodyguards shot at them during a party in Costa Rica.
Filed in federal court in New York and Manhattan state Supreme Court, the lawsuit was thrown out under the basis that Bundchen no longer lived in Manhatta at the time the lawsuit was filed in 2009.
The judge suggested the photographers file suit in Costa Rica.
