Kansas City linebacker Justin Houston suffered only a strained PCL and bone bruise in his knee, dodging more significant damage, FOX Sports reported Sunday. Houston finished the regular season with 11 sacks in 11 games and added one Saturday night in a playoff loss at Indianapolis. Houston’s injury in that game was one of many that hurt the Chiefs’ chances of holding off the Colts in an eventual 45-44 loss.

Houston is expected to be ready for most or all of the offseason training program.
