Quarterback Brady Quinn isn't the only former Cleveland Browns first-round draft pick the team has shipped out of town today via a trade.
According to Adam Caplan of Scout.com, outside linebacker Kamerion Wimbley has been traded to the Oakland Raiders.
A league source has confirmed the trade to National Football Post.
Wimbley is a former first-round pick out of Florida State who registered 11 sacks during his rookie season.
However, he posted only 16 1/2 sacks over the following three seasons.
Per the report, the Browns received undisclosed draft pick compensation.
Financially, the trade will void the last year of his rookie deal with a $7.765 million buyback, per the report from Scout.com. He'll be due $1.065 million in terms of base salary in 2010.
Wimbley could be moved to defensive end in the Raiders' 4-3 set.
