Tennessee Titans receiver Kendall Wright suffered a right knee injury in Saturday night's 27-19 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals when his foot caught in the turf as he was tackled.

Wright was carted off the field after he walked to the sideline in the first half and had x-rays and an MRI on the knee.

“My foot got stuck in the turf, and when I got tackled, I got bent up and hurt my knee,” Wright told “I'm waiting on my MRI and x-ray results to get back. … I think it's a sprain."

Wright said that the possibility exists that he could miss some time, though he said he wants to get back as quickly as possible.

“It might (cause me to miss time), but with the way I am, if they let me and I'm feeling good, I'll try to practice,” Wright said.. “But if not, I'll just have to wait and see and wait it out. It's frustrating, but I'm ready to get the results back so I can see what's wrong. I hate missing time and I hate missing being out there with my teammates.”
