Kyle Fuller says X-rays negative on ankle

Chicago Bears rookie cornerback Kyle Fuller avoided a serious injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The first-round draft pick injured his ankle, but told reporters X-rays were negative and he downplayed the severity of the injury.

That's a positive development for the Bears who need Fuller to contribute this year.

Fuller was able to walk normally on the sidelines after the injury.
