Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald restructured his contract today.
"Back in AZ from #SB48 & the 1st order of business this AM was signing a restructured contract to help the @AZCardinals get better for 2014!" Fitzgerald wrote on Twitter.
Fitzgerald was carrying an $18 million salary-cap figure.
He was due a $12.75 million base salary for 2014.
It's likely that some of that was converted into a signing bonus to pro-rate the remainder of the salary over the length of the deal.
He's under contract through 2018.
