Once a 6.5-point favorite, Green Bay is now posted as low as -4. Joe Fortenbaugh
The game before the game is in full swing.
With just over thirty minutes to go until kickoff, Las Vegas and offshore sportsbooks have been getting hit with a late flurry of Lions bets as the line for Thursday’s game has dropped from Green Bay -6.5 to as low as Green Bay -4 over the last three hours.
What’s even more interesting is that the spread is moving in Detroit’s direction despite the fact that 61% of the bets placed have been on the Packers. That tells us the big money is coming in on Matthew Stafford and the Lions.
The Las Vegas Hilton, MGM and Wynn sportsbooks all currently offer the Packers at -4.
