Leroy Hill remains away from the Seattle Seahawks as the team continues its work in Pete Carroll’s first offseason with the club.
The team, according to Carroll, is waiting to get word from the NFL office on Hill, who was arrested last month and has been charged with misdemeanor domestic violence. Complicating Hill’s situation is he remains on probation from a Georgia arrest.
"I don't have anything to update you on," Carroll said, according to Danny O’Neil of the Seattle Times. "We're waiting for word from the league office where they stand on all this. We'll just have to wait it out. They were not able to tell us when that's going to come so we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
“He's part of our team. I'm hoping he will be and we need to see what that all means. We'll figure it out when the time comes."
