Veteran kicker Rian Lindell wasn't out of work for very long, as he agreed Tuesday night to a deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, per FoxSports.
Lindell had spent the past 10 years in Buffalo, but was abruptly released on Monday when the Bills decided to go younger at the position.
Tampa Bay, meanwhile, needed a kicker after Connor Barth tore his Achilles in the off-season, and Lawrence Tynes has been bothered by a toe injury and could land on injured reserve.
Derek Dimke, who has never kicked in a regular season game, is the only other kicker on Tampa Bay's roster. However, he is 5 for 5 this preseason on field goals.
