The Detroit Lions have signed disappointing former Tampa Bay Buccaneers third-round cornerback Myron Lewis.
Lewis played in 29 games with one start in Tampa Bay, recording 17 tackles and four pass deflections.
He played collegiately at Vanderbilt where he earned All-Southeastern Conference second-team honors, registering 170 tackles, 26 passes defensed, 10 1/2 tackles for loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumbles recoveries and 10 interceptions for 71 yards.
Lewis had injuries, but also struggled on the field.
Now, he gets a fresh start in Detroit.
