On a scale of 1to 10, how would you rate McCarty's coaching, game management/adjustments, staff selection etc in 2009. I'm giving him a 3 at best. You know the people in the GB area, he can't keep using the same excuses every week (pad level, have to look at the tape, we'll fix it etc). Nice home in Thornberry, seen it several times, taxes are the killer.

Hey Andrew,

Not to beat a dead horse or anything, but can we reasonably assume that Farve simply wanted to leave Green Bay and that was the main reason he brokedown at his 1st retirement press conference?

I'm of the opinion that Farve (and his camp) never had any intention on having him retire. He simply was tearful due to his having to leave GB, start over else where, etc.....
