Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker said Monday that he has been cleared for everything except contact as he comes back from having shoulder surgery on his non-throwing left shoulder in January.

Locker said via TitanInsider  "I’m feeling great. I actually went to the doctor last week and he said he was really happy with my progress. He said he would allow me to do everything besides getting hit basically. So I’m getting back into it.”

Needing to able to absorb contact is a big hurdle of course since football is a contact sport, but he says he will be back and ready to take part in the Titans June mini-camp, which means he should be ready to go when training camp opens in July.
