Lombardi to be Browns VP of player personnel
NFL Network analyst had been rumored for weeks to be headed to Cleveland. Terry McCormick
NFL Network analyst and former front office executive Michael Lombardi is in Cleveland today and will be named the Browns vice president of player personnel, per Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
A press conference has been scheduled for 11:30 a.m. today to announce the hiring.
Lombardi had been rumored to be a candidate for the position for several weeks due in part to his relationship with Browns president Joe Banner.
