Team has several unsigned restricted free agents Aaron Wilson
The San Diego Chargers got restricted free agent wide receiver Malcom Floyd to show up for workouts.
It may take a while for fellow restricted free agents offensive tackle Marcus McNeill and wide receiver Vincent Jackson to do the same, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
"I don't think there was anything more to gain by sitting out," said Floyd, who's expected to sign his one-year, $3.168 million tender as soon as today. "VJ is a Pro Bowl receive. They'll probably take care of him before me .. It's just a tough position for me. We took a chance. There's nothing I can really do about it. It's time to put it behind us and get ready for the season."
As for Jackson and McNeill, the report states that the Chargers are anticipated to inform Jackson and McNeill that their tenders will be reduced to 110 percent of their 2009 base salaries.
Per the report, McNeil and Jackson are "prepared to stay away for awhile, perhaps into the season."
