Manuel outshines Kolb

Buffalo Bills rookie quarterback EJ Manuel outshined veteran quarterback Kevin Kolb during a 20-16 preseason win over the Minnesota Vikings.

Manuel completed 10 of 12 passes for 92 yards in three series in relief of Kolb. Manuel went 16 of 21 for 107 yards and a touchdown against the Indianapolis Colts.

As for Kolb, he went 13 for 21 for 111 passing yards and an interception.

Kolb is coming off a knee injury.
