After beingi held out of Thursday's practice due to weight issues, Bryant McKinnie was back for the Baltimore Ravens on Friday.
For at least part of practice.
McKinnie, according to the Baltimore Sun, did not finish Friday's session as he struggled with the heat and watched much of the practice from the sidelines.
"He worked very hard, he competed. He did not make it through the whole practice as you saw. He’s carrying a little too much weight right now," said Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. "This heat out here made it tough for him to finish. I know he’s been working really hard to get some of the weight off ... He’s going to have to tough it out, to fight through that and to get in the type of shape that we need him in and he wants to be in."
