Melton, Weeden to visit Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are bringing in defensive tackle Henry Melton and quarterback Brandon Weeden for visits Monday, according to ESPN Dallas.

Melton last played for the Chicago Bears.

The Cowboys lost Jason Hatcher to the Washington Redskins.

Weeden is a potential backup to Tony Romo if Kyle Orton retires.

Melton is a former Pro Bowl selection.

Weeden is a former Cleveland Browns first-round draft pick from Oklahoma State who has passed for 5,116 yards with 23 touchdown passes and 26 interceptions.
