San Diego Chargers outside linebacker Melvin Ingram has been designated to return to practice.

Ingram tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in May and is on the reserve physically unable to perform list. He can now practice and will remain on the list for up to three weeks.

The Chargers re-signed offensive tackle Kenny Wiggins to the practice squad. Wide receiver Josh Bellamy was released from the practice squad.
